1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the INW Local Marketing LLC DBA Cabinet Refinish Growth website and services. INW Local Marketing LLC DBA Cabinet Refinish Growth provides Facebook and Instagram advertising management services exclusively for cabinet refinishing and refacing businesses. By submitting an application or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
We manage the creation, launch, and ongoing optimization of Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns on your behalf. Ad spend is paid directly by you to Meta through your own ad account and is separate from our management fee. We do not guarantee specific lead volume, lead quality, or business outcomes.
3. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to lead volume, lead quality, cost per lead, appointment bookings, or revenue. Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, ad platform changes, and your responsiveness to leads generated.
4. Pricing and Billing
Submitting an application does not enroll you in our services or result in a charge. If your application is approved, you may be invited to speak with us about our services. Any applicable introductory pricing, recurring management fees, and other billing terms will be disclosed to you before payment is collected.
If you choose to become a client, your service will begin upon enrollment and payment. Unless otherwise agreed, your management fee will renew automatically each month on the billing date established when you enroll, at the recurring rate disclosed to you before enrollment, until canceled in accordance with these Terms.
Advertising spend is separate from our management fees and is paid directly to the applicable advertising platform.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your service at any time with no penalty and no cancellation fee. To cancel, contact us using the information below. Cancellation will take effect before your next scheduled billing date, provided you notify us prior to that date.
6. Refunds
All fees paid for management services are non-refundable. This includes your initial reduced-rate first month and any recurring monthly payments. You may cancel future billing at any time as described in the Cancellation section above, but payments already made are not refunded.
7. Client Responsibilities
While we manage your advertising, you are responsible for following up with leads generated by your campaign in a timely manner. We are not responsible for lead conversion outcomes, as follow-up and sales conversations remain within your control.
8. Text Messaging (SMS) Program
INW Local Marketing LLC DBA Cabinet Refinish Growth may send you text messages related to your application status, appointment scheduling, and service updates.
– Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your application and account activity. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
– Opt-Out: You can cancel SMS messages at any time by texting "STOP" to the number you received messages from. After you send "STOP," we will send a confirmation message, and you will not receive further messages from us. If you want to rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.

– Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Limitation of liability
